After signing up at macrofriendlyfood.com, you’ll receive an email with your login credentials.
Use these to log into both the website (macrofriendlyfood.com/my-account/) and the app (macrofriendlyfood.app).

Favorites: Save your go-to recipes for quick access.
Tracking: Recipes are pre-logged in MyFitnessPal and MacrosFirst for easy macro tracking.
Print Option: Prefer paper? Download PDF meal plans (including 4 weeks of planning pages and shopping lists) from macrofriendlyfood.com/my-account/downloads/.
Step 3: Understand Your Subscription and Recipe Access
Subscription Types:
Recipes & App (Main Plan): Includes main dishes, sides, and desserts for family dinners (feeds 6–8 people).
Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks Add-On: Adds recipes for those meals (60 new ones per year).
Old Plans: If you’re on the legacy Macro Friendly Meal Plans (dinner, sides, desserts) or Breakfast, Lunch, Snack add-on, you’ll only see those respective recipes. Contact support to upgrade to the new Recipes & App plan for full access.
Checking Status:
Go to macrofriendlyfood.app/account-settings, tap “Subscriptions,” and view your plan’s status (Active, Pending Cancellation, Cancelled, On Hold).
Active or Pending Cancellation: You can still access recipes.
Cancelled: Resubscribe at macrofriendlyfood.com/mff-app-recipes/.
On Hold: A payment failed—go to macrofriendlyfood.com/my-account/orders, tap “Pay” on the pending order, and update your billing info.
