Step 2: Build Your Meal Plan

  1. Choose Your Recipes:

    • Browse over 1,000 recipes in the web app, with 12 new ones added monthly. You’ll find main dishes, sides, desserts, and optional breakfast, lunch, and snack recipes (if you have the add-on plan).

    • Note: If you’re on the legacy Macro Friendly Meal Plans, you’ll see dinner, sides, and desserts. The Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks add-on gives you those recipes. Contact support to upgrade to the full Recipes & App plan for all recipes.

  2. Create a Plan:

    • In the web app, select recipes for the week and add them to your meal plan. You can save and access your plans on any device by logging into macrofriendlyfood.app.

    • Sample Week:

      • Monday: Grilled chicken breast (protein), roasted sweet potatoes (carbs), broccoli with olive oil (fats).

      • Tuesday: Turkey taco skillet (main), side salad (veggies), protein ice cream (dessert).

  • Pre-Logged Recipes: All recipes are pre-logged in MyFitnessPal and MacrosFirst. At the bottom of each recipe, you’ll see a line like “MFP-MFF (Recipe Title)” or “MacrosFirst-MFF (Recipe Title).” Search this in your tracking app to add it to your diary.

  • Manual Tracking: If you prefer, each recipe includes a full macro breakdown (protein, carbs, fats) so you can log it in any app or by hand.
